Our Mission

The Mission of the LAMA-ORCA is to disrupt, dismantle, and deter organized retail theft groups from engaging in illicit activity within our communities. We strive to build the connections that unite our ongoing fight against the ever-present threat of Organized Retail Crime (ORC) by fostering public-private partnerships and cooperation between Law Enforcement and Retail professionals. Our objective is to facilitate the sharing of intelligence and expertise to ensure that retail crime actors are held accountable, as demonstrated by our collaborative enforcement operations and coordinated blitz efforts across the region.
